What To Do If Dried Beans Are Still Hard After Cooking

You add a 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda to the water/stew/soup and within 15 minutes..
BAM..
Soft beans!!!!

*Note: I cooked mine another 30 minutes after adding baking soda but caution once you add baking soda watch closely because they can get soft fast then mushy fast..
